Jay L. Silverberg is the founder and managing member of Silverberg Law Firm LLC. He has been in practice for over thirty years. He has been associated with, or a partner at, several major firms, and has been involved in a diverse array of matters, ranging from representing major banks in creditors rights issues to family law matters to corporate transactions. Before focusing his practice on family and divorce law, Jay handled a diverse array of corporate and business transactions, bankruptcies and bankruptcy litigation. In all of these matters, he has helped his clients accomplish their goals.
